1. Agreement

By downloading or using VeriDates, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information and only use photos you have the right to use.
• You may not use VeriDates if you have been banned or if using it is unlawful where you live.

3. What VeriDates does

VeriDates provides adult social discovery, profiles, mutual matching, messaging, safety controls and optional face verification. A Face Verified status means the app confirmed that a live face matched the account's primary photo at the time of verification. It does not prove honesty, safety, identity, intentions or relationship status.

4. Accounts and verification

• You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep sign-in access secure.
• We may require phone verification or Face Verify before allowing access to certain features.
• You must not spoof, bypass, tamper with or try to defeat verification, safety limits or account restrictions.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that appear automated, deceptive, underage, fraudulent or abusive.

5. Community rules

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit or impersonate another person.
• Post, solicit, distribute or facilitate sexual exploitation of anyone under 18, including CSAM, grooming or trafficking.
• Scam users, solicit money under false pretenses, run spam or use commercial automation without permission.
• Use someone else's likeness or content without permission; upload malware; scrape the Service; or interfere with its operation.
• Evade blocks, bans, age restrictions, free-tier limits or payment systems.

We may remove content, restrict features or terminate accounts for violations. Use the in-app block or report tools, or email contact@veridatesapp.com.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure and improve VeriDates. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

7. Purchases

If digital products are offered, Android purchases are processed through Google Play. Prices and billing terms appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled in Google Play. Canceling stops a future renewal and does not normally refund the time already purchased. See the Refund Policy.

8. Safety and offline meetings

Verification, moderation and safety tools reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Use your judgment, meet only if you choose to, and take appropriate precautions. We do not conduct background checks and are not responsible for other users' conduct, including offline conduct.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee matches, availability or that verification will identify every fake account. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.

10. Ending access

You may stop using VeriDates at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for a violation, safety risk or legal reason. Terms that should survive termination, including content-license, disclaimer and liability provisions, survive.

11. Changes and contact
