Android purchases are processed by Google Play. The applicable price, billing period and terms are shown by Google Play before you confirm a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
If a subscription is offered, it renews until canceled through Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available through the time already paid for.
For Google Play purchases, start with Google's refund process and order history:
Contact us for a duplicate charge, a charge where the entitlement was not delivered, or another technical billing problem at contact@veridatesapp.com. Include the Google order number, approximate purchase time and device. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Deleting a VeriDates account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. See Delete account.
