VeriDates — standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Effective date: July 13, 2026
Operator: Guillermo Perez-A operating as VeriDates

VeriDates is an 18+ dating app and is not directed to children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page is our published child-safety standard and designated contact point.
1. No minors
- You must be 18 or older to create an account or use VeriDates.
- We do not knowingly allow minors. Accounts we reasonably believe belong to a minor may be removed or restricted.
- We use available account, safety and platform controls to help enforce this rule.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
We prohibit and act on when identified:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including links, solicitation or descriptions intended to facilitate it.
- Sexualized content, exploitation, grooming, trafficking or attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Any conduct that endangers or exploits a person under 18.
3. Reporting and blocking
Users can report a profile, photo, message or supported live surface in the app and can block another user. Blocking removes that user from relevant discovery and match surfaces. Reports involving potential child safety harm are escalated for priority review.
4. How to report a child-safety concern
Use the in-app Report control where available, or email contact@veridatesapp.com with the subject VeriDates Child Safety Report. Include the profile name or identifier, approximate time, what happened, and screenshots or message identifiers if you can safely provide them. Do not email illegal imagery.
5. Our response
- We review credible reports promptly and may remove content, restrict an account, preserve relevant records and terminate access.
- We report apparent CSAM and other suspected illegal child exploitation to the appropriate reporting channel or authority when required by applicable law, and cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
- We do not permit appeals to restore content involving CSAE.
